On-Site Repair Lab

At Expert Hearing Solutions, we realize the importance of keeping the hearing devices in your ears.  Our world is about communication, and being without your hearing devices can affect your daily routine, job performance, and compromise safety.  So when your hearing device needs repair, we want it back in your ears as soon as possible.

If your hearing device is a BTE (behind-the-ear), while it is being serviced we can usually provide you with a loaner hearing device that will be comparable to your own.  If your hearing device is a custom shell, we have our own Expert repair lab in the Interior of the Okanagan that allows us to handle most repairs within a couple days. 

The average turnaround on repairs that are sent back to the manufacturer is about 7-10 days.  So if we are able to get them back in your ears within a couple days, we can significantly reduce the stress and inconvenience of being without them.  Remember, do your daily cleaning and bring your hearing devices to us for a thorough clean and check every 6 months to dramatically reduce the chance of breakdown.
